My name is Ian McKenzie. That’s my picture on the top left hand corner of each page of this site. If you click on any of those pictures, you will be taken to my G’Day Mate site. G’Day Mate is of course a friendly greeting that is often used by Aussies. I am an Aussie, living in beautiful sunny Queensland. However, anyone with a web site or sites, has a potential world wide audience. The internet certainly has made the world a “much smaller place”. It is now very easy to quickly make friends or obtain contacts anywhere and everywhere.

I have published several hundreds of web sites over the years for myself personally, for my company Professional Performance Australia and for many friends and clients. The number of pages out there on the WWW for which I am personally responsible now number well in excess of 100,000. These pages vary from one page web sites right up to article sites with in excess of 30,000 pages.

None of us live long enough to discover everything of importance for ourselves. We do need to draw upon the accumulated wisdom and knowledge of others. I first published this site in September, 2008. I was inspired to do so after spending considerable time personally researching business networking sites. To save others completing the same tedious research, I decided to share my findings here. Then I thought I could do the same with the other areas of web site development with which I have been personally involved.

I do plan on adding a forum page to this site and I welcome your comments and suggestions.
